Real Name: Dr. Vincent Stegron

Powers & Abilities:

Stegron's possesses many abilities that are similar to the Lizard. He has super-human strength and speed. He has a powerful tail that can deliver powerful blows, and his dinosaur-like hide provides him with incredible armor.

Stegron suffers from many reptilian weaknesses as well. He cannot swim in his form and slips into a hibernation state when exposed to extremely cold conditions.

Equipment & Weapons:

Stegron has used a retro-generation ray that can re-animate old dinosaur skeletons and give them a life-like appearance.

Origin:

Working as a partner to Dr. Curt Connors in an experiment involving dinosaur tissue samples, Dr. Stegron stole an extract and turned himself into a dinorsaur man. He intends to bring about a new age of dinosaurs on the Earth where he can rule.
