Powers & Abilities:

The Smasher had incredible strength that could enable his to lift and throw large chunks of concrete, smash vehicles with a single blow, and climb walls by forcing his finger into the masonry. Bio-chemical circuits gave him his power, and these could be super-charged to increase his strength.

Equipment & Weapons:

A remote-controlled unit that was wired into the Smasher's pain sensors in his head could be used to control the creature and keep him docile.

Origin:

The Smasher was the creation of the Disruptor and a bio-chemist named Thaxton. In his first and only appearance, the Disruptor used the Smasher to destroy campaign billboards, break up rallies, and otherwise disrupt the Disruptor's campaign for mayor.
