Ringmaster has no superhuman powers.

Equipment & Weapons:

The Ringmaster has a mind-control device concealed in his hat. Using the swirling disc on his hat, he is able to hypnotize audiences in order to rob them of their valuable, or even hypnotize individuals into assisting him to the point of fighting on his behave.

Origin:

Maynard Tiboldt is originally from Austria. He and his "Circus of Crime" would tour the United States putting on their "show". Tiboldt would use his mind-control top hat to hypnotize the audience while the rest of the circus would go out into the crowd robbing them of cash and valuables. Their act has put them in conflict with much of the Marvel Universe.
