PunisherAmazing Spider-Man #134-#135
The Punisher shows up on day-liner that the Tarantula has hijacked and is holding for ransom. Mistaking Spider-Man for being in cahoots with the Tarantula, the Punisher attempts to gun down Spider-Man. The battle between the two is enough to allow the Tarantula to escape via helicopter. Before diving off the ship, the Punisher tells Spider-Man to meet him at midnight. When Spider-Man arrives, the Punisher has a slide-show prepared that summarizes the origin of the man known as Tarantula. After the show, the Punisher takes Spider-Man to a tenement where the Tarantula and his gang are hiding. While Spider-Man takes out the sentries, the Punisher crashes into the Tarantula's hideout. While Spider-Man chases down the fleeing Tarantula, the Punisher takes down the rest of the gang. |
