Powers & Abilities:

Jigsaw has no known superhuman powers. However, he's trained himself in hand-to-hand combat and weapons to try and be on par with the Punisher.

Equipment & Weapons:

Jigsaw typically carries some type of rifle or sidearm. In his earlier appearance, he also wore an outfit equipped with a special exo-skeleton that supposedly makes him "more than a match for anyone".

Origin:

Jigsaw was a two-bit punk until the Punisher wiped out his gang. During the fight, the Punisher threw Jigsaw through a plate-glass window permanently scarring his face. Jigsaw has vowed revenge and has plagued the Punisher ever since.

Appearances:

In attempt to lure the Punisher out, Jigsaw frames the Punisher for several sniper-style killings around New York. Finally, in Amazing Spider-Man #162, things come to head and Jigsaw is captured by the combined efforts of Spider-Man, Punisher, and Nightcrawler.
