JackalAmazing Spider-Man #130
Undeterred by his failure last issue, the Jackal manipulates events to put Hammerhead, Doctor Octopus, and Spider-Man on a collision course. His plan is to set the three up to destroy each other thus disposing of two rival crimelords and his arch-enemy Spider-Man. His efforts result in the apparent death of Hammerhead and Doctor Octopus in a nuclear explosion (both are later shown to have survived), but Spider-Man survives the encounter. |
