Powers & Abilities:The Grizzly's has no super-human powers, but above average strength and fighting skills from his days as a professional wrestler. Equipment & Weapons:The Grizzly possesses an exo-skeleton originally designed for him by the Jackal and repaired/improved by the Tinkerer. The exo-skeleton gives him super-human strength on par or even greater than that of Spider-Man. It also provides armor and protection against the strongest blows. Aside from his strength, the Grizzly's only offensive weapons are the sharp bear claws provided by his exo-skeleton. Origin:Maxwell Markham was a professional wrestler who wrestled under the alias The Grizzly. His violence and cruelty in the ring attracted the attention of one J. Jonah Jameson. Jameson declared Maxwell a menace in the Daily Bugle and the resulting investigation by the wrestling commission ended with Maxwell Markham losing his license. Eleven years later, the Grizzly was recruited by the Jackal who provided with him with an exo-skeleton and sent him to claim his revenge on Jameson. The Grizzly's Timeline |
