Cyclone
Powers & Abilities:The Cyclone can generate hurricane force winds within his immediate vicinity. These winds are capable of carrying the Cyclone and his cronies, tossing around opponents, or even collapsing nearby buildings. Equipment & Weapons:The Cyclone has a wind-generating suit of his own invention. There has been no explanation about how the suit works or how he manages to withstand the winds or even breath properly in the vortex of his whirlwinds. Origin:The Cyclone was a French engineer working for NATO. After developing a weapon system based on generating high winds, he was rejected by NATO with the explanation that all exotic weaponry would be developed in the United States.
