No Superhuman. Skilled juggler and unicyclist.

Equipment & Weapons:

The Clown uses 'clown paraphernalia' including a long hook, unicycle, and juggling balls. He sometimes carries a handgun as well.

Origin:

The Clown joined the Ringmaster's circus of crime. Since then, he has occasionally led the group and occasionally struck out on his own criminal enterprises (including a short-term gig as a paid assassin).
