When holding hands with Sister Sun, Brother Power is capable of emitting light blasts which can stun opponents. Also, he has great charisma and oratory skills which served him as the head of the Legion of Light cult.

Origin:

As a smuggler in Vietnam, Achmed Korba found the Man-Beast after the Man-Beast crashed to Earth from Counter-Earth. The Man-Beast granted Korba the power and identity of Brother Power, but tied Korba's power to Sha-Shan, his wife and Sister Sun in an attempt to limit Korba's ambition and greed. Korba and Sha-Shan traveled to the US, and under orders from the Man-Beast, set up the cult known as the Legion of Light. Man-Beast's plan was to use Korba to expand the cult's influence and eventually use the cult to take over the US by broadcasting hate over the television airwaves from a nationally televised cult rally. The plan was thwarted by Spider-Man and Razorback and Brother Power apparently died in an explosion.
