First Appearance - Amazing Spider-Man #162-#169

As one of the eminent 'electro-biologists' in the country, J. Jonah Jameson approaches Dr. Madison to help him build the latest in his series of Spider-Slayers. The two work together for several issues on the project, but the Spider-Slayer was ultimately defeated by Spider-Man in the Rockefeller Square Plaza.

Several issues later, Dr. Madison stops by the Daily Bugle to meet Jonah for a lunch date.
